Mark Dubois

Mr. Mark Dubois is a Director of ABM Corporate Services, Ltd and is a South African trained lawyer holding an LL. B and an LL. M.

Mr Dubois oversees the day to day operations of our office in Tortola, BVI and has expertise in corporate administration and asset backed finance particularly in the area mega yacht registration and finance.

Mr Dubois was a founding shareholder of Parish Caribbean Investments, Ltd an offshore company management and secretarial company prior to joining ABM.
